The Minister of Finance has issued the following decrees: - MD no. 195 of 2017 to be enforced as from the period starting 1/7/2017 to 31/12/2017 for tax credit computation concerning the salaries’ tax . Concerning the taxpayers of the commercial, professional and real estate activities the tax credit will be applied on the tax period the publishing date of the law 82 of 2017 on June 19, 2017.
