The Prime Minister decree no. 2736 of 2010 with regard to the issuance of the executive regulation of the law no. 125 of 2010 issued on 19/10/2010. The Minister of Finance no. of 691 of 2010 with regard to amend the first article of the ministerial decree no. 296 of 2005 with to the rules for payment the sales tax due on the equipments issued on 27/10/2010.
The instruction no. 33 of 2010 with regard to the Minister of Finance’s opinion to subject the construction service value to the sales tax at a rate of 10% and how to compute the taxable income.
